Supplementary Database 1. The list of commercially available inhibitors of cyclin-dependent kinases including CDK inhibition data extracted from literature. SMILES and synonyms for the CDK inhibitors were obtained by PubChem search with CAS using PubChemPy python package.

Supplementary Database 2.  An overview of the selectivity of the inhibitors studied in this article. Values of log(IC₅₀) for each inhibitor were scaled to interval <0,1>. The log transformation allows a better visual inspection in the high activity range.
